In the unlikely event you are unsatisfied with your Saikou Apparel product we are more than happy to help with the returns procedure.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to get in touch with us and request a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must returned unworn, unwashed and with original tags. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is processed. Returned items that do not meet the above criteria or that are damaged in transit back to us may not be refunded. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method only. Once we have received and reviewed your return, we'll notify you by email to let you know its been processed. We aim to issue your refund as soon as possible;  normally within 48 hours of receipt. However do be aware that this can take up to 5 working days during busier periods and refunds may not be processed instantaneously by your bank.

 

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

Firstly contact our customer service team to let them know you intend to return an item. Items should then be posted to
Saikou Apparel, Unit 125, 111 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 1QX

We recommend all shipments sent back to us are done so via a traceable carrier such as Fedex, UPS, DHL or a tracked local postal service. We are not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier.

Shipping Costs are non refundable.

 

EXCHANGES?

Due to the nature of our releases we do not hold specific stock for exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item you may return your original purchase in accordance with our refund policy and then purchase a new item. 

 

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR FAULTY PRODUCT

Defective, damaged, or incorrectly dispatched orders must be reported to our customer service team contact@shopsaikou.com before returning so we can handle the situation on a case by case basis.

Items that are received damaged/defective qualify for a refund, but items that are damaged after receipt do not. 

Issues that are not brought to our attention within 14 days of the reciept date will not qualify for a refund.
