Depending on where you live, on average it takes between 5-15 business days to receive your apparel. Although we will endeavour to get your purchases to you as soon as possible it is worth bearing in mind that due to the current COVID restrictions in some countries as well customs complications within the UK and Europe this may take as long as 4 weeks.
Our shipping is collected weekly so depending on when you place your order you may have to wait up to 4 days for your item to be dispatched.
Our Tracked International Mail is delivered by Deutsche Post via DHL.
We also have Express International Shipping options using DHL Express courier service which guarantees delivery in 1-6 working days. Additionally using DHL Express service a returns label can also be provided upon request to ensure if you are not satisfied with your order it can be quickly rectified at no additional costs.
Our domestic post is sent untracked via Royal Mail.
If you would prefer to opt for tracked domestic shipping we offer Royal Mail Tracked and Signed for delivery at an additional cost.
Customs and Duties
Our products are printed in and shipped from the UK. Shipping internationally may incur custom fees depending on the country where the order is being dispatched to. The fee is the recipients responsibility and may vary depending on order value, country limits and other factors based on the particular product you order.
Where is my Tracking Number?
If you have selected a tracked shipping option you will receive an email with the tracking information as soon as it is dispatched. Please check your junk folder as they often get filed away to there.
According to my tracking information, the delivery has “failed”; what am I supposed to do?
Your delivery may have failed for one of the following reasons :
- Item refused by addressee
- Incomplete or Incorrect Address
- You were absent during delivery time
- In some countries you may be required to claim your package at the post office. Unclaimed parcel will be shipped back to us.
If you haven’t received your parcel you should contact your local post office or the courier. Be aware some carriers have deadlines for claiming these collections therefore we advise resolving the issue as fast as possible; otherwise your package will be returned to us.
In this situation we can only wait for the package to return to us and it’s only then we will be able to take one of the following actions
- Partial Refund, we will not be able to refund the cost of shipping
- Resend your package with additional shipping charges
